Character switch is only available upon losing a game
Do note this is a netplay environment so some delay and minor spikes is to be expected.
In the case of lag / connection issues
Any significantly unstable connections are to be called out between players. A designated mediator will test connections with both players and if a connection is deemed unplayable, a forfeit will be issued for that match for the offender.
Room connection issues are required to be attempted to be resolved with both players. If both players are still unable to connect, a mediator will attempt to host a room and whomever is the offender will be issued a forfeit for that match.
