The first Slay the Scarlet - Card Collecting Competition hosted by the OCE Hisoutensoku community [?!]

This is a rougelike event, where players use a special copy of the game with only default decks + default cards unlocked, and will upgrade their decks as they progress through the tournament and unlock more cards [?!]
